The terms on which Leichter Advisors makes this website available. They govern the website, not any engagement with the firm.

This website is operated by Leichter Ellison Advisors, LLC, a limited liability company organized in Connecticut, United States, trading as Leichter Advisors (“we”, “us”, “the firm”). Address: 295 Madison Avenue, 12th Floor 1011, New York, NY 10017, United States.
By using this website you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use it.
2. What this website is
A description of the firm and the work it does. It is published for general information.
It is not advice. Nothing here is legal, financial, investment, tax or employment advice, and nothing here should be relied on in making a decision about hiring, a career, or an investment. Before acting on anything you read here, take advice on your own circumstances.
3. No relationship is created by reading this
Using this website does not make you a client of the firm, and does not make the firm your adviser or your recruiter. Sending us an email does not either: an engagement begins only when it is agreed in writing, and a candidate relationship begins only when a partner has spoken to you.
4. Accuracy
We take care that what is published here is accurate at the time of publication, and we mark plainly where a fact has not been settled. We do not warrant that everything remains accurate, and we may change or remove any of it without notice. Research published here describes the market as we found it, on the date stated.
5. Intellectual property
The content of this website (text, structure, the Leichter Advisors name and wordmark, and the mark) belongs to the firm or is used with permission, and is protected by copyright, trade mark and other laws.
You may read, print and share pages for your own professional use, and quote short extracts with attribution and a link. You may not republish, sell, or make a substantial copy of the site or its research, or use the firm’s name or mark to suggest an association that does not exist.
The typefaces used here are Golos Text and Source Serif 4, both under the SIL Open Font License, and their licenses travel with the files.
6. Acceptable use
Do not use this website to break the law, to attempt unauthorised access to any system, to introduce anything malicious, to scrape it in a way that burdens it, or to impersonate the firm or anyone at it.
7. Links to other sites
Where we link out, we do so because the destination was useful when we linked to it. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.
8. Recruitment fraud
The firm never asks a candidate or an applicant for payment, bank details, identity documents or
other financial information as part of a search or hiring process. Every genuine approach comes
from an address at leichteradvisors.com. Anything else claiming to be from us is not, and we
would be grateful if you would forward it to
info@leichteradvisors.com.
9. Availability
We do not promise the website will be available without interruption or free of error, and we may suspend or withdraw it at any time.
10. Disclaimers and liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, this website is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
To the fullest extent the law allows, the firm is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss, or for any loss of profit, revenue, data, business or goodwill, arising out of your use of this website. This applies whether the claim is in contract, tort, negligence or otherwise, and whether or not we were told such loss was possible.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
11. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify the firm against claims, losses and reasonable costs arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of this website.
12. Privacy
How we handle personal information is set out in the Privacy Policy, and what this site stores in your browser is set out in the Cookie notice.
13. Governing law
These terms, and any dispute arising out of them or out of your use of this website, are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. You and we submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts sitting in New York County, New York.
If you are a consumer resident in the United Kingdom or the European Economic Area, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence, or of the right to bring proceedings there.
14. Changes to these terms
We may change these terms. The version and effective date at the top of this page tell you which version applies; continuing to use the website after a change means you accept the new terms.
15. General
If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest continues in force. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. These terms are the entire agreement between you and us about your use of this website.
