Every engagement begins with listening. Tell us what you're facing — a search, a study, or an advisory question — and we'll work to understand it fully, because understanding the problem is the beginning of the solution.

What to include

None of it is required. It is what lets a partner give you a useful answer in the first reply instead of the third.

  • Your firm and your role
  • The role you are thinking about, or the question you want answered
  • The region it sits in: Americas, Europe or Asia Pacific
  • Whether you are looking at a retained search, a talent intelligence study, or advice on leadership and organization
  • Roughly when you need it, and whether the matter is confidential

Already searching?

Struggling with an ongoing search?

Running a search with another firm, or on your own, and not sure you have seen the whole market? We will map the market you have been shown against the market that exists, and tell you what you may be missing.

Write to the same address, with "analysis" in the subject line, and say which search it is and how long it has been running.

An enquiry is not an engagement. Asking what the market looks like does not commit you to anything, does not put your firm on a list, and is not shared outside the firm. Client conversations are confidential. Nothing you write is shared with a candidate, and an enquiry does not put your firm on anyone's list.
